• 仕事内容

  - to coordinate tool fabrication based on customer requirements
  - to carry out tool buy off before testing
  - Assist on new product sample pull and sample submission
  - to analyse and rectify the tool problems encountered during operation together with production team
  - work closely with quality assurance team and technical team for product development and First Article ( FA )
  - to troubleshoot on current tooling issues to improve production yield and reduce production cost.
  - coordinate in the repairing activities via internal tool room or external vendor depending on the repairing complications
  - to ensure & enforce full implementation of Quality management system
  - to participate or lead in Kaizen activities
  - to monitor & enforce 5S concepts in daily practice.
  - assists superior on handling any other assignments/ projects as and required/ instructed
  - able to perform and write the protocol & validation report
