  • Responsible for providing supervisors and crews of the Coiled Tubing Department with proper support, leadership, and guidance while
  maintaining a high degree of service quality
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on coil slitting and shearing.
  • Adhere to and promote company HSE and other policies.
  • Ensures a pre-job checklist specific to the equipment is completed prior to leaving the shop as per the following job specification
  requirements.
  • Ensure that all documentation is updated and in order and handed in on timely fashion.
  • Participate in the discussion for the proposed operation with other staff and management
  • Strong understanding of coiled slitting and shearing capabilities, job types, equipment maintenance and manufacturing processes
  • Must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with both field and management staff
