  ・support MD for managing factory
  ・Actively participate and follow all the safety rules and regulations
  ・Adhere and follow all the rules and regulations of company from time to time
  ・In case of trouble occurred on production facility, find out failure and carry out checking, repair and adjustment and investigate the root cause, take a preventive counter measure for it.
  ・Implementing factory energy consumption survey and carry out energy saving activity
  ・Establish and manage document and training to maintain the best product quality and with high productivity.
  ・Perform document quality check in accordance to company document control procedures
  ・Review and improvement activity for facility controlled documents
