  *The person need to lead the Powder Sales Department to reach sales target by driving all sales programs and activities to ensure sustainable growth in value, volume, profitability. Develop the department through competence and people development.
  Job Description:
  • Manage and participate in budgeting, strategic processes and reporting
  • Establish and follow up on sales plans and budgets
  • Lead, coach and to perform leadership behavior as per company Leadership Expectation
  • Perform KIT with subordinates regularly to set objectives followed by action plan
  • Recruit, train and retain employees through competence development program
  • Visit key customers and prospects
  • Co-ordinate with other departments and corporate to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct sales meetings and follow up on sales progress
