  Job Scopes:
  Human Resources Roles
  - Working with the Head of Business to understand their recruitment needs.
  - Participate in candidate shortlisting, interviewing, and selection process.
  - Coordinate the employment contract preparation and offer/negotiation process and address any queries.
  - Conduct reference checks and exit interview.
  Administration Roles
  - Assist the company head and ensure all legal paper works, coordination with vendors and accounting are aligned.
  - Conduct contract administration, on-boarding, orientation, confirmation process.
  - Preparation of weekly activity reporting.
