    - Handling customer service/support
    - Daily communication with customer ( Overseas & Local), Japan HQ Sales Team and Japan HQ Warehouse
    - Assist Sales Team in customer service/ support duties
    - Follow up on customers orders, provide technical support and servicing existing customers
    - Liaise with Production Department to get stock status and delivery schedule
    - Prepare and send quotations, samples to customers, related report
    - Daily communication with customers via email, phone and skype
    - Documentation handling
    - Shipment arrangement when require.
