  - They will prepare an Engineer position for you such as Mechanical or E&E It depends on your background)
  - Looking for Japanese speaker and 2-5years experience of Engineer.
  - They are manufacturing new products, so need new engineers
  - You might get trained in Japan to be a manager in the future if you work well.
  - Currently about 500 employees, Japanese 7, MD is Chinese.
  
  - Support new product development
  - Review new products electrical yield, performance and make sure product or process related issues are solved before release to mass production.
  - Communicate HQ in Japan to report progress status.
