    - Assists the Mechanical Manager and Project Manager in supervision of all Mechanical works at Project Site.
    - Ensuring that works carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work program.
    - Making sure that quality requirement, standards and Mechanical construction materials are efficiently utilized.
    - Coordinating with client’s representative, consultants, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) team.
    - Managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure project is completed profitably.

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with approximately 10 years work experiences; ideally on commercial high rise projects.
    - A clear understanding of mechanical designs, systems, procurement strategies, project supply logistics, etc.
    - Experience of mechanical contractor packages such as air­-conditioning, mechanical ventilation systems including chillers & cooling plants, AHUs, FCUs, WCPUs fire fighting & protection system, sewage & irrigation systems, etc.
    - Ability to setup & manage site work, foresee trouble spots, coordinate issues and take immediate action.
    Good experience in designing, setup & maintenance of sound QA/QC, HSE policies & protocols.
    - Good command of both verbal & written English skills. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
    - Possess strong analytical skills, initiatives, motivated, responsible and has good teamwork.
