Job PurposeTo assist Quality Control / Quality Assurance activities related matters.Job Responsibilities- Ensure the quality assurance team carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials- Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements- Reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest- Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product- Providing training to the quality assurance team- Design an efficient design protocol which can be used across all domain- Monitor customer satisfaction levels- Monitor the production phase at various levels- To comply and enforce the compliances of the available SOP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 & etc.- To ensure the internal and external audit successfully- To ensure that all the required recording, reporting and filling are properly carried out- Ensuring that all security, safety and health aspects including its rules & regulations are well enforced and adhered to a all times; and- To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

<Responsibility>- Collaborate with the QA manager to develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality programs, and ensure compliance with internal, legal requirement and customer requirements- Communicate food safety and quality-related issues with QA Manager. Identify and accurately report defective materials, food safety hazards, and potential product contaminants.- Regular reviews of supplier quality performance with purchasing department. Establish supplier audit checklist and perform supplier audit yearly. Monitors outsource subcontractor’s process performance. Deliver year on year reduction in supplier non-conformance to support factory efficiency.-Ability to perform root cause analysis for non-conformities, determine corrective action and provide necessary steps for follow-through. Ensure corrective action is effectively implemented.- Verify & analyse customer returned goods and on-hold item disposition.- Provide on job training and educate employees on procedures and standards. Establish and implement food safety and quality training for facility personnel to ensure facility personnel are equipped with the competency to produce a safe, quality product.- Support in setting up laboratory and analytical equipment. Establish and maintain procedures for product testing, validation, and verification.-Work closely with all R&D team in the project of new product development or product modification; Conduct product analytical testing, generate product specification and trial run test report. Continue monitor product performance.-Assist with internal & 3rd party food safety/quality audits (regulatory, customer’s, supplier’s, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, etc).- Perform regular plant inspection to ensure manufacturing process comply with quality assurance program and food safety standard, etc.- Perform any other duty reasonably corresponding with the role

Sample Preparation- Receive and label all samples brought into the lab for accountability. - Prepare samples from drying, crushing, splitting and pulverising.- Mix fluxing reagents and load samples in furnace for the fire assay.- Mix reagents for acid digestions.- Perform fire assay techniques such as fluxing, fusing and cupellation of samples in correct numerical order. - Perform smelting and sample extraction of precious metals as and when required2. Setting up of Fire Assay Laboratory- Assist with the set-up of laboratory, prepare the SOPs for Fire Assay techniques. 3.Measurement and Calibration- Monitor analytical processes and take remedial action where deviations / discrepancies arise impacting on the quality of analytical results.- Report any apparatus or equipment which, to your knowledge, is not functioning correctly to the Lab Manager 4. Perform Laboratory Data Analysis and Reporting- Testing of precious metals scraps through cupellation method (fire assaying).- Evaluate, validate, ensure and report technical accuracy of reporting analytical results.- Monitor analytical processes and take remedial actions where deviations / discrepancies arise impacting the quality of analytical results.- Re-analyse analysis samples when control results are not within the acceptable range. 5.
