    Job Descriptions:
    * Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic Planning
    * Establish HR departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals
    * Responsible for employee relations and employee succession planning and development
    * Responsible for the management of all grievance and disciplinary issues. Support and advise management on disciplinary and grievance
    meeting when necessary
    * Design, direct and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning,
    superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design and change management
    * Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering , safe and equitable and coach others to behave and
    make decisions in line with HR values
    * Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction
    surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on- one meetings and intranet use
    * Responsible for group-wide learning and development intiatives
    * Mentor and coach line-managers with HR issues and with training and development
    * Promote vision, Mission and Values of company through actions, training, communications and leading by example
    * Lead and oversee specific activities related to payroll data, payments and internal & external reporting

    - Education Background : Degree Holder or graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Training, coaching & HR , Min 5 year of Managerial l
    level
    - Experience : Experience leading & managing change in organizations
    Experience in performance management, people development, coaching and training
    Experience in HR generalist activities - recruitment, discipline , grievances & payroll management
