    Our Travel Counselors will take the hassle out from your corporate travel arrangements. From providing fares and flight options of various airlines, to planning complicated flight itinerary, to seat assignments, to visa requirements and applications, to travel insurance, to transfers and hotel accommodation. We manage your travel requirements from A – Z. With our expertise and experience in routing planning as well as fare construction to give you the most cost-effective travel products.

    Travel Management Services
    Ticketing Call Centre – Dedicated Travel Counselors
    Automatic Call Distribution System (ACD)
    Computerized Reservation (GDS) & Mid Office Support
    Flight & Fare Options (Best Schedule, Best Fare, Lower Useable fares)
    Travel Policy Compliance
    Travelers Profiling (Meals, Seating & FFP Preference)
    Worldwide Hotel Reservations and Car Rentals
    Visa Application Services
    Delivery of Travel Documents
    Meet & Greet Services
    Travel Insurance
    Travel Vouchers
    Travel Management Reporting and Analysis
    Supplier Negotiations

    - Communicate with Japanese clients in phone call, email to fulfill their needs in individual or business trip
    - Flight ticket, hotel booking via system
    - Other transportation, ticketing coordination (bus, taxi, events ticket)
    - Liaise with flight company, hotel management and other vendors in extraordinary occasion (flight delay and etc.)
    - Accompany clients in necessary occasion (for instance : translation in meeting with government)

    ※Recently a Branch Manager is really busy so he need his assistant.
    first a few month, this position's staff assist him.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    -Able to communicate via English,Japanese(above N2)
    - Education Background: prefer the person who studied in Japan
    - Experience: Fresh graduate can apply
    Others:
    - Possess good personality (small company, communication among colleagues is important)
    - Willing to stay with the company in long term basis
