日本を代表する大手企業や一流の病院経営者を顧客に持ち、工場、病院、シニアレジデンス、ショッピングセンター、ホテルなど、数多くの建設プロジェクトの実績がある会社のマレーシア法人にて、プロジェクトマネージャーをお任せします。マレーシアでは大規模ショッピングモール、工場、コンドミニアムなど幅広く手がけています。クライアントはほぼ日系企業になります。
行経験者が集まるプロフェッショナル集団です。
【具体的には】
マレーシアとASEAN諸国のプロジェクトの日系企業担当として下記を担当
・コンドミニマムやレジデンスの建設プロジェクトマネジメント、進捗管理、納期管理、顧客へのレポート(主に諸外国)
・大型商業施設のプロジェクトマネジメント(主にマレーシア)
・社内での各種調整及びトラブルシューティングの対応
※主に日本の顧客に対しては日本語対応が求められます
Qualifications
Requirement
■必須スキル
英語:日常会話レベル(メール読解、文章校正が支障なくできる方)
学歴:大学卒業以上
経験:建築業界にて、設計、施工、コンサルタントなどの経験10年以上
日本以外での就業経験5年以上
マレーシアから諸外国への出張可能な方English Level
