    Company Introduction : Established in 1915 as an electric motor sales and repair company which has grown to become Japan's top manufacturer. The business nature are to carry out as a wholesalers and distributors of electric power tools and related spares and accessories to our end users.

    Location : Johor Bahru

    Job Responsibilities :
    - Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
    - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, products information, service, pricing and delivery information.
    - Handle and resolve customer complaints.
    - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    - Perform customer verifications based on transaction and credit limits and process orders, forms, applications and requests.
    - Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources / departments.
    - Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments and transactions.
    - Assisting sales team to resolve customer issues.
    - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    - The ability to perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.
    - Reporting to to Service Manager(KL).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements :
    - Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English and Chinese
    - Candidate must possess Diploma
    - 1 year of working experience in Customer support or Sales Support
    - Female candidate aged of 27- 35 years old
    - Interest and ability to cooperate and working with customers
    - Attention to detail and accuracy
    - Adaptability with Company management directives
    - Pleasant personality and good inter personal skills
