Job Description
Company Introduction: A Japanese tapes manufacturer which widely used in Aerospace, Home appliances, Industrial Machinery, and others. As one of the most competitive organization and stand still in the industry, they are continuously seeking for Kaizen in terms of their product. This position is the key supporting team to make innovatives change of their products.
Location: Shah Alam Seksyen 23 (Industrial Park)
Job Scope:
***Liaise between Sales & marketing team and Production line.
***Close communication with South Asia sales and marketing teams
Research role
-Collect Information from Sales & Marketing department.
-Analyze, evaluate, compare own products with competitors.
Development role
-Segmentation, target, positioning of the product to fit the market needs.
-Define new application and solutions to improve current products.
-Liaise with related before proceed to production
Qualifications
Requirement
Requirements:
Language: English, Chinese
Education : Degree Holder in Chemical Based (Analytical, Engineering, Polymer, etc)
Experience : 1- 2 year experience in R&D;
***Fresh graduate encourage apply.
Age : 23 - 30 Years Old
Others :
-Patient, Polite, Willing to learn, able to work in team and good in communication skills.
-Experiences/ Knowledge with Marketing Research will be an added advantage.English Level
