  • Job Description

    - Report to Malacca Sales Manager
    - Responsible to prepare sales quotation and invoicing
    - Follow up closely on order receiving from customer & order placing to supplier
    - Handle overall JIT operation (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control and Delivery monitoring)
    - Liaise with custom Malaysia on the CJ5A application and related documentation
    - Monitoring and follow up closely on payment collection and adhere to credit control
    - Support in part quality issue and others additional duties or tasks assigned by superior as and when required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Chinese
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess Degree in Business Management / Logistics or related disciplines
    - Experience : At least 3 years related working experience in sales and marketing and logistics are required for this position
    - Skill :
    ・ Strong hands on experience in handling import and export documentation and incoterm i.e DDU, DDP, CIF, CNF & etc will be an added advantage
    ・ Computer literate with basic accounting knowledge is added advantage
    - Age : 28 ~ 35
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others :
    ・ Good communication and interpersonal skill
    ・ Strong leadership, positive, self motivated and flexible
    ・ Analytical and good in project management and coordination skills
    ・ Able to work independently, proactive, under pressure and result oriented
    - Candidate must be willing to work over time (until midnight), in a stressful working environment.
