    <Job Purpose>
    The Senior Manager, IT Services will be reporting to the Chief Information Officer and leading a team to ensure the system is always available and ready for business. The role requires experience in managing the team and at the same time involved in the monitoring system, preventing incidents and recovery activities in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Application Support including strategic planning and audit matters.

    <Duties & Responsibilities>
    1. Manage the team – roster planning, status follow up, tasks delegation, chair team meeting and issue approval.
    2. Ensure the Budget and Cost controls are within approved limits.
    3. Ensure optimum service levels to customers.
    4. Ensure quality infrastructure and IT Operations testing and adhere to timeline.
    5. Ensure project timelines are delivered timely.
    6. Ensure all testing require sign-off from respective users or vendors.
    7. Assign infrastructure staff for each project which requires infrastructure involvement.
    8. Review user access, patch management and release management on a quarterly basis.
    9. Involve and provide feedback on cyber security activity, audit and briefing to regulator and staff. Ensuring the company’s IT Security aspects including Cybersecurity are executed timely, making sure Cyber Security attacks are mitigated, monitored with Security Operation Centre (SOC) and provide security awareness.
    10. Ensure all approval as in IT Approval Authority (IT AA)
    11. Review on new technology which will improve cyber security and productivity.
    12. Continuous management and improved support on the organization infrastructure.
    13. Making sure IT Strategy are aligned with Business Plan & Strategy, proposed potential IT solution to the Management.
    14. Ensure the Application Support team provides Level 1 fast response and resolution to users. Manage and monitor the system changes and deployment.
    15. Ensure Data Centre services uptime, manage external service providers.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background : Preferably University level degree in Information Technology, Diploma graduates with relevant working experience are acceptable.

    - Experience :
    >> Minimum 8 years and above IT relevant working experience in brokerage industry.
    >> Experience with 24 hours IT Systems & Operations will be an added advantage

    - Skill :
    >> Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, RHEL Virtualization, Red Hat HA & Red Hat Ansible Tower Automation platform.
    >> Knowledge of Postgres DB, Tomcat, DMZ, ICinga, Zabbix, Privileged Access Management, Brand Protection Monitoring, Phishing Awareness and/or Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing will be an added advantage.
    >> Working knowledge of File Server system, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Office 365 / Antivirus Administration and Firewalls.

    Others:
    >> Willing to work long hours, provide systems support on call basis during non-office working hours as and when required.
    >> Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and resourceful.
    >> Good organization and communication skills work well in a team, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
    >> Possess the initiative to learn and keep abreast of technology changes.
