  • 工作内容

    - Proposes and administers company’s annual and long-term business development plans and objectives.
    - Proposes and administers an appropriate organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the business goals of the assigned unit.
    - Directs and oversees the supervision of assigned personnel, which include work allocation, training and problem solving, evaluates performance and makes recommendation for personnel actions.
    - Tracks emerging markets and trends, people’s consumption of products and strategies to maximize the situation for company’s business goals.
    - Researches, identifies and proposes new markets and new business opportunities.
    - Proposes and develops strategic partnerships through contract negotiation with new & existing business associates; customers, suppliers, distributors, partners and vendors.
    - Establishes rapport and maintains key client relationships and works to build new ones.
    - Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
    - Attends to request for proposals from potential business associates.
    - Promotes and expands the company’s profile, products, brands and services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and requirement.
    - Travels to vendor locations, distributions centers, and other locations; in and out of Malaysia.
    - Identifies and requests for operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the company; develops projections and analysis with recommendations for management’s review and consideration.
    - Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of governmental, company and other reports as required in respect of assigned areas of responsibilities.
    - Prepares and conducts relevant presentations for various meetings.
    - Performs other job-related duties unlisted above.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background :
    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or its equivalent.

    - Experience :
    5 - 7 years of sales and marketing experience preferably in a pharmaceutical line or related business.

    - Require Skill :
    Possess knowledge of pharmaceutical & wholesale distribution business.
    Familiar with budgeting & fiscal management principles and procedures.
    Possess good relationship & people management skills.
    Possess good written & spoken communication skills.
    Possess analytical skills for interpretation of data & statistics for development of business plans.
    Possess good skills to create, compose, edit written materials & deliver presentation.
    Ability to adapt in a growth-oriented environment.
    Possess good strategic planning skills with the ability to negotiate contractual arrangements skillfully.
    Familiar with technology & platforms used in the field.
    Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Driving / travelling is essential from one location to another be it interstate, outstation or overseas.
