• 工作内容

  - Designs, establishes and maintains an organisational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the assigned division/branch’s goals and objectives; hires, trains and supervises all staffs within the assigned branch.
  - Directs and oversees the day-to-day operational activities of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution, evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
  - Ensures that work production in the assigned division/branch meets established objectives, specifications, and standards, and that all-applicable operating policies and procedures are adhered to.
  - To ensure that the rules and regulations of the Poison Act are complied to at all times.
  - To ensure that merchandise and supplies meet specifications and guidelines regarding the quality of merchandise received, timeliness of delivery and product availability.
  - Recommends and participates in the development of company operating policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of the division/branch.
  - To be constantly updated with the changing market trend and its consumption of products and provide recommendation and strategy to maximise the situation.
  - Identifies new sales prospects and assists in contract negotiations for significant distribution deals; maintains an amicable and fruitful business relationship with existing Principals and potential clients.
  - Generally responsible for the receipt, storage and timely distribution of products; monitors the supply and demand of products, inventory management and control systems to ensure adequate stock levels, loss prevention and efficient space usage; develop short and long range goals to address demands for increased storage capacity.
  - Manage and coordinate periodic stocktake; interact with accounts personnel to plan and coordinate inventories and audit reviews.
  - Responsible for attaining sales, margins and profit objectives as established for the assigned division/branch.
  - Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of governmental, company and other reports as required in respect of assigned areas of responsibilities.
  - Participates in the development and management of annual operating budgets for the assigned division/branch.
  - Responsible for the security of their division/branch and the assets contained therein.
  - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including working on expansion plans, renovations, branch openings, distribution and logistics issues.
