  - Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
  - Attend site valuation and measurement based on work done on site and verify monthly claims which related to the project.
  - Assist in all project contractual and cost matters.
  - Site valuation and measurement based on work done on site and verify monthly claims which related to the project.
  - Handle document progress, materials and reports for the project.
  - Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate the smooth transition of information.
  - Prepare and submit progress claim & process sub-con claim for payment.
  - Prepare Final Account for the particular project.
  - Maintain a filing system to ensure the traceability of documents at all times.
  - Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
