  Job Scope:
  • Monitoring all purchase requisition receive and request for quotation and place order.
  • To source, compile, compare, negotiate and evaluate the prices, specifications and terms of the products to identify the optimal decision for purchase.
  • Equipment or product trials arrangement and projects renovation.
  • Prepare contract and process applications, invoice management, payables management (arrange payment, prepare monthly and annual payment budget)
  • Follow up delivery in accordance schedule of delivery, ensure the delivery goods according purchased specification and handling exception.
  • Maintaining the HQ Database (equipment and project purchasing requisition, apply for payment, cargo arrival, debugging, check and receive goods, etc.)
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
  • Material allocation of Malaysia Plant, identify obsolete and slow-moving stock and push for resolution.
  • Assist production to actively introduce new materials to replace high-cost materials to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Follow HQ Purchasing department instruction to maintain the unit price of the contract.
  • Deal with claims.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
