  • 工作内容

    • Support internal and external customers on technical matters by providing technical support and solution to system integrators, developers and end-users.
    • Solution & Project management and coordination co-ordination among divisions by communicating with our regional sales companies and Japan head office.
    • System integrator engagement, for instance plan and conduct technical workshop including programming, on site technical support and provide good advice.
    • End user engagement, for instance onsite visit to understand customer’s requirements through effective communication, propose solutions by presentation and demonstration.
    • Conduction evaluation on product, media, market trend survey; Share our product solution differentiators to internal teams & market.
    • Product launch support activities includes planning, product training material preparation, consultation to Product Managers regarding specs and technology and above activities finding.
    • Periodic report writing and co-ordinations with local and regional team regards to above activities.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background: Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Studies or equivalent from recognized institution.
    - Experience:
    > Over 3 years of working experience in IT pre-sales.
    > Over 3 years of working experience in software development and programming related field.
    - Skill:
    > Proficient in application development tools, any or more of following: Android Studio, Xcode (iOS), React native or Cordova.
    > Knowledge in Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript & Swift /Objective -C.
    > Understand programming framework, software development methodology such as agile & waterfall.
    > Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point)
    - Others:
    > Interested working on software + hardware integration related projects.
    > Have good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken.
    > Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.

    - Car Allowance = 700
    - HP Allowance = RM 120
    - Business mileage claimable > 20 km travelling
    - Outstation allowance : RM 50 / day

    Average about 3 months bonus (Based on performance)
