  • 工作内容

    1. Responsible for full spectrum of procurement activities ( including global sourcing) and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures.
    2. Perform sourcing , liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers .
    3. Negotiating terms with suppliers such as Price , Delivery Lead Time , Quality of Goods and Services etc
    4. Quotation Management ( cost up and down analysis , new quotation analysis)
    5. Provide Administrative , Functional and Project Support to optimize procurement services
    6. Responsible in vendor selection , management and vendor yearly performance evaluation and assessment .
    7. Responsible to improve procurement process to ensure efficiency , cost saving and best practices.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background: Degree Holder in any field of study
    - Experience:
    Preferable with min 3- 5 years of working experience in any of following companies :
    1. Assembly lead-frame, wire and resin companies (e.g Shinko Mitsui ,Tanaka , Hitachi Chemical )
    2. Testing equipment companies ( e.g Advantest ,Teradyne ,Aemulus)
    3. OSATs ( e.g Inari , ASE, TFAMD)
    4. Assembly and test factories of a semiconductor make (e.gAnalog Devices ,Intel , W.Digital)
    5. A semiconductor company on package engineering and/or design ( SRM , MI Tech , Pentamaster)
    6. A semiconductor company on test engineering ( e.g KESP )

    - Required Skills:
    1. Strong knowledge in cost management ( cost based negotiation , cost analysis and cost modeling)
    2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    3. Self -starting individual with ability to take initiative and work independently.
