  Responsibility :
  - Carry out all the technical issues related to manufacturing including technical planning, implementing and corrective actions
  - Carry out quality control task including inspection and all related tasks
  - Instruct the subordinates to carry out finishing good inspection and other analytical work
  - Issue the inspection report
  - Check the production efficiency, NG and non-conforming product to achieve the target figures from technical aspects
  - Report to Factory GM and Maintenance Technician on the production problem and Non-conforming products
  - Instruct the subordinates to take action for non-conforming and preventive measures
  - Take a role of quality management representative as QMR
  - Carry out all human relation tasks under his control
  - Product development coordination
  - Any other relevant responsibility assigned by superior
  
  Authority :
  - Can allocate the work force to get smooth inspection operation
  - Can provide the work instruction and procedures based on consultation with the superior
  - Can issue the analysis report and inspection certificates
