  Company Profile: This is a Japanese company which offer hair services and hair products to customers at the same time providing in-house hair styling and image education to it staff members.

  Job Descriptions:
  • Establishing business relations with new vendors & suppliers in Japan
  • Coordinating and maintaining business relations with current vendors & suppliers in Japan
  • Connecting with Japanese brands to educate local market and/or consumers
  • Assisting home branch in Tokyo, Japan remotely with operational and marketing needs such as booking appointments for English-speaking customers, managing customer feedback, supporting stylist team in various marketing strategies, etc
  • Actively communicating with home branch in Tokyo, Japan to understand the latest trends or products that can be introduced to the Malaysia and Singapore market
  • Managing communication & project execution between IT system provider(s) in Japan and headquarters office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Assisting Managing Director in interpretation and translation during business meetings
  • Translating & interpreting business communications and documents from Japanese to English (or other languages that the candidate is proficient in) and vice versa
  • Interpreting speeches from Japanese to English (or other languages that the candidate is proficient in) during hair seminars, education classes, and events, and vice versa
  • Working closely with management team in support of preparation and execution of projects e.g. new branch opening, e-commerce, etc, as well as relevant ad hoc tasks
