  Job Scopes:
  * Able to understand production target, result, delay, recovery, etc
  * Able to understand process flow and make arrangement when necessary
  * Able to communicate and good manner in communication to all level of people include Japanese
  * Able to follow any instruction from top management
  * Able to stay back if necessary and can stand under pressure
  * Able and understand of using excel / power point, etc
  * Able to make production report when need.
