    Company Introduction: One of the TOP Manufacturer of Powder Metallurgical(PM) Part which implement this component in the manufacturing of spare parts such as Air Conditioner Compressor Bearings, Refrigerator Compressor Valve Plates, Pistons & Con­ Rods, Automobile & Motorcycle Parts, Hand Tools Parts and more. With the employee size up to 250, this position as the HR Manager is expected to lead the respective team to manage the manpower in order strive for continuous growing of this organization.

    Location: Shah Alam Premier Industrial Park. Have own transportation will be easier to access.

    Job Scope & Organization Structure:
    Currently having 5 HR exes, 2 admin & 2 purchasing exes.

    1. HR related job scope:
    - Payroll Process
    - Handling Employees’ Discipline: Attendance, Turn-over ratio, etc.
    - Recruitment
    - IR: Manage Contract Workers documentation/ Application (Expatriates, Visa, Working Permit, etc).
    - Training
    - Structuring company policies

    2. Administration:
    - Insurance
    - Hostel
    - Maintenance of Plant & Properties
    - Secretarial work

    Requirements:
    - Language : English, Malay
    - Education Background : Diploma/ Degree in HR & Admin or equivalent
    - Experience : 【MUST】Minimum at least 5 years of working experience in HR （Training ,Discipline)
    - Age : 35 ~ 40
    - Preferrable : Someone who can work under pressure and self-motivated in meeting deadlines
