  3. To implement process improvement to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  4. Responsible in providing services and technical solutions for any customers claims.
  5. To provide guidance and oversee performance of the machinists team.
  6. To ensure maintaining of the production process equipment's and machine.
  7. To summarize departmental performance report to management periodically.
