Job description/ scope:
• Support customers with the implementation on site as well as from office.
• This include pre-sales and consultation with customers on current situation and user requirements, developing solutions for the various scheduling challenges as well as aiding them in designing their data flow and business processes related to their scheduling.
• Main job function will include setting parameters in our software, some basic database settings, system modifications as well as programming plug-ins to add to customers’ functions.
• Conduct basic user training and provide post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Good communication in both Malay and English.
- Graduated from background Bin Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
***Must have exposure in the production process in various manufacturing industries (ie. experience in IT Software support
is advantageous).
***Must possess knowledge of SQL.
- Exposure in project implementation is a plus point.

Senior System Support Engineer (HRIS system) ID:41694

It is a very big, famous and public listed company which have wide-range of business division, including retail line, property development, mining, steel, agriculture and computer sectors.

Location: Bukit Bintang (Reachable by public transport- MRT, monorail, Free shuttle bus)

Job responsibilities:
- Updates, maintains and audits HR data modules and other sub systems as assigned.
- Supports HRIS system changes, upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
- Analyse and processes inquiries and system issues in a timely manner by thoroughly researching issues, interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies and practices, determining the action needed and providing/executing appropriate solutions.
- Provides frontline functional/ technical support by working with HRIS support/ 3rd party vendor to troubleshoot system and end-user issues.
- Performs a variety of general office activities to support the HRIS function.
- Write scopes of work and functional specifications to include: table setup, data conversion, workflows reports.
- Develop and update operating procedures and training materials as needed.
- Support small-to-large scale projects for system implementations and modifications.
- Provide guidance and training to users on how to use the system more effectively.
- Maintain a close working relationship with all integrated functions to ensure system performance is working.
- Assist with task prioritization and assignment, and support other team members as appropriate.
- Maintain appropriate level of process, functional and technical knowledge and participate in training to continue to develop such knowledge.
- Assist to ensure that all assignments are completed with the highest quality and within agreed-to Service
Level Agreement guidelines and Key Performance Indicator targets.
- Identify and implement continues improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Execute and support ad-hoc task as assigned.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- MUST written and oral English, oral chinese.
- MUST Degree in HR, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
***Diploma considerable with a good PeopleCode knowledge and experience
- 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft HR modules
- MUST able to develop PeopleCode
- Good skill in SQL/PSQL, Query, SQR, App Engine or PeopleTools
