Location: Kawasan Kota Kemuning (Shah Alam), nearby to living area.

Job Responsibilities:
- This company provide steel after processing, stamping to 90% local clients 10% Japanese clients.
- Parts of Steel are mainly using by parts of car and aluminum sash
- Mainly candidate sale to existing clients, might be look for new clients in the future.
- Have a business trip to Penang, Ipoh once a three month.
- Report to MD

Job Description Company Profile: One of the historical manufacturer of high precision rubber based components and parts for the office automation industry. Their products are widely exported to other nations markets : Japan, China, Singapore and Thailand.

Location: Shah Alam Industrial Park

Job Responsibilities:
<Monthly Management Accounts>
• Closing for monthly management accounts including adjustment JV and other recurring adjustment.
• Prepare & updated for the fixed assets & other item of balance sheet schedule.
• Prepare & analysis the monthly management report before send to HQ follow the due date schedule.
• Prepare and fill in the reporting set by HQ on time.
<Budget for Monthly Accounts>
• Prepare monthly budget accounts and analysis before send to HQ.
<Monthly Cash Flow>
• Monitor and verified for company payment and receipts.
• Checking and verified for every month payment for suppliers and other payment.
• Checking and verified for petty cash claim made by staffs.
• Prepare monthly cash flow for Top Management.
• Maintain good relationship with bankers.
<Other Ad Hoc Assignments>
• Assist in yearly budget preparation.
• Assist in changing of New ERP system.
• In-charge in yearly audit and company taxation with appointed auditors and tax agent.
• Assist in preparation of retirement benefit report.
• Checking for GST 03 return form before submit.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
Language: English, Able to communicate in Japanese, Chinese, English & Malay will be advantage
Education Background:Any Diploma or Degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience of accounting manager in manufacturing company, having exposure to relating GST transaction ,ERP System in manufacturing
Require skills: Microsoft Excel & Accounting System, CAPABLE TO HANDLE FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS,Familiar with foreign exchange currencies transactions
Age: 40 and above
