Job scope:
-Assist Sales Department to achieve sales target set by the Management
-Ensure sales teams coordination work from customer order,price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirement and provide all necessary information to ensure goods are produced to customer's specification and on time delivery
-Communicate with customer pertaining to complaints contents and complete relevant complaint form and forward to relevant department for investigation
- Ensure customer's payments are on time
- carry out appropriate action to reduce exposure to bad debts
- ensure the effectiveness in implementation of ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and Occupational Safety and Health Procedures within the department
-Other job assignment requested by superior from time to time
-The candidate will go outstation about one a month(depend on client) to Penang,Malacca, Johor.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Able to communicate via English,Chinese
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Economics and Business Administration or equivalent
