Job Description Company Profile: This is the Japan logistic company which they provide import and export shipment, and freight forwarding service.


Location: Sepang, KLIA


Job descriptions:
- Responsible for day to day forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.
- Coordinate the import export operations, customs clearance, delivery, pick-up and warehousing.
- Well versed in handling Customs clearance operation including EDI data entry (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, DG, ZB and FSPG).
- Need to attend the Custom examination and any related matters import and export.
- Attend to Cargo delivery and attend to daily loading and unloading issues.
- Ensure the “On Time Delivery” for Import and Export to meet Customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance to all rules and regulations of Customs and other government agencies.
- Handling and manage the temporary import export procedures such as BG, ATA, Carnet and etc.
- Handling matters related to HS Code, Duty, Tax computation & Exemption, DG, ZB, OOG, BG Drawback and COO (form E,D and etc).
Required Qualifications Requirements:
Language: English
Education Background:Diploma/Bac. Degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, transportation or equivalent.
Experience:
・At least 5 years hands on experience in Logistic environment.
・Well versed experience in freight forwarding Company – background experience in Ocean Freight/ Air Freight/Cross border Shipment and Warehouse.
Others:
- Good understanding in Logistic concepts and able to demonstrated logistic solutions offering and value added propositions offering.
- Must be trustworthy, maintain the integrity and commitment.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-esteem in the required field.

Job Descriptions:
Regularly perform Japanese market needs analysis and feedback to the management.
Responsible to penetrate Japanese F&B outlet (hotel, F&B/fine dining or supermarket). Introduce and build company brand to the Japanese market.
Responsible to grow and achieve sales objective on assigned sales portfolio which include
servicing account, manage collection, expand market share and product.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Perform market Japanese consumer market analysis and update Company on trend changes.
2. Assist Marketing Department on the product promotion and introduction.
3. Responsible to increase sales, build new customers and sales.
4. Closely monitor on all payment due date and outstanding collection.
5. Open new account and do background survey/market check on new customer.
6. Prepare quotation to customer with making reasonable profit.
7. Pass order to Invoicing Department with price and product code or provide them your quotation for price reference.
8. Familiarise with Company’s product, update price changes to customer.
9. Familiarise with internal processes and coordinate with Credit Control, Invoicing team to resolve your customer issues.
10. Coordinate and justify on request of goods return.
