- Data entry of supplier’s invoices into system, issue and monitor payment to suppliers.
- Effectively monitor customer aging and ensure payment received on time.
- Proper filling documents.
- Simple book keeping.
- To prepare monthly sales report.
- Checking the accuracy and content of expenses submitted by staff.
- Travel management for staff.
- Liaison with supplier and customer in China.
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma/and above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 1 years experience in Accounts Assistant in AR, AP and Book keeping.
- Basic knowledge in GST.
- Skills of SAP and Microsoft Office are required.

日本にあるサプライヤーさんから農産物・水産物を輸入し、マレーシアの日本食レストランやホテル・スーパーへのお届けをサポートするお仕事です。
基本的に、既存顧客のフォローとなりますので、新規のテレアポや飛び込み等は一切ございません。

各都道府県・市区町村から相談や依頼が入るため、
2~3か月に一度日本への出張をしていただき、物産展やプロモーション・イベント等の企画をお願いします。
マレーシアマーケットを盛り上げるのはもちろんですが、食材を通して日本を元気にしていきましょう!
