  * Book Keeping for full set accounts
  * Prepare sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes
  * Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping certain documents
  * Responsible for payroll functions
  * General Administrative works
  * Involve in ad hoc assignments from time to time
