    Company Profile: An International Sea Freight, Air Freight and Inland Freight Forwarding company which establish in the year of 2011. As a dynamic organization representing members of an ever changing industry that is continually impacted by changing trends, demands and technological innovations, needs to constantly adapt, transform and innovate to ensure that it remains relevant both to its members and to the logistics industry.

    Job Scopes:
    - Report Labour issues and trend within RHQ/Branch to HQ
    - Set Hot Line between RHQ/Branch for urgent ER issue
    - Figure out Labour law standard for each RHQ/Branch and take action to prevent risk(illegitimacy etc)
    - Run a regular survey for ER (SCI) and analyze the result
    - Improve Communication with RHQ and Branches

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Good command in English and Malay
    - Degree in Human Resources / Law
    - Work experience of 5 years and above in ER
    - Good understanding of ER and labor issues
    - Others:
    - Well verse in Labour law
