  Company Profile: A large Japanese Manufacturer of Valve. Widely used in different industries, especially manufacturer and construction companies. Currently this company has established 4 different factory in Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam and China, having strong corporation with Korea, South Africa, Indonesia and Philippines as their exclusive distributor.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Monitor and verify exchange rate, i.e update of exchange rate, e-mailing to concerned staffs.
  - Handle bank-related matter, i.e bank closing balance, cheque book application etc.
  - Handle debtors / sales, i.e filing of sales invoice, sales reports etc.
  - Handle creditor / purchase, i.e purchase invoice data entry and filing etc.
  - Handle collection entry, its filing and prepare receipt journal report.
  - Handle payments, i.e issue payments, filing etc.
  - Assisting OBM’s stocks reconciliation during the stocks take.
  - Handle attendance-related works, i.e data entry of attendance, report generating etc.
  - Handle leave application, i.e preparation of balance leave listing etc.
  - Handle motor vehicles, i.e arrangement of maintenance etc.
