  Company Profile: This company delivers the tools and solutions, especially in power tools. They have multiple brands and it has been widely spread all around the world.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Processing Travel & Expense (T&E) claims in the Global Concur Platform, ensuring compliance with the SBD Policy and local VAT regulations.
  - Attend and provide the resolution on employee inquiries related to expense report processing and/or corporate credit card issues (if any) according to the established process definition.
  - Troubleshooting on problems encountered during expense report processing.
  - Be familiar with the established process definition and work instructions in order to ensure the expense claims is complied with the SBD Policies.
  - Prepare and ensure all work documentation are updated in a timely manner.
  - Work closely with and support Project Management in planning, coordinating and manage the rollout of Concur System to companies | entities in APAC Region.
  - Perform other tasks that may be delegated from time to time.
