    Job Scopes:
    - Develops, recommends and implements HR programs including safety and security policy, to help improve employee relations, performance, skills and proficiencies, morale motivation and engagement
    - Collaborates with management on human resource planning, contributes to determining critical resources for the business; actively interacts with outsourced recruiting agents, providing clear requirements of talents’ qualifications in order to meet the company’s staffing needs
    - Delivers full recruitment administration including front end needs analysis, job postings, screening, interviewing, and processing offers;
    - Provides managers and employees with guidance and coaching around performance management, ensuring the consistent implementation of the performance management process
    - Partners with and provides managers with people management guidelines, supports management in the resolution of employee relations issues (e.g. concerning attendance, inter-personal, work-related), and ensures compliance with related employment laws
    - Assists managers to identify training needs; researches and recommends appropriate training and development programs to support the development of managers' and employees’ skills and career advancement;
    - Manages employee on and off-boarding activities including orientation, pay administration, benefits enrollment, etc.; coordinates any required preliminary training sessions
    - Contributes to the development of pay practice and procurement of cost-effective benefits that support the attraction and retention of talents, ensures programs are competitive and relevant through periodic evaluation against industry benchmark surveys
    - Handles internal and external correspondences and communications including developing, implementing communication/ employment-related information materials, ensuring information is clear, relevant and accurate
    - Manages budget and cost controls within the company’s pre-determined financial standards including regular monitoring of the office general expenses; administers relevant procurement activities, researches for appropriate suppliers and negotiates for the most competitive pricing without foregoing the quality of products or services
    - Complies with the company’s requirements regarding employee conduct while on company business such as, alcohol consumption is prohibited while on duty for the duration of any event, project or tour excursion
    - Delivers and/or contributes to other related projects and assignments as required
    - Where applicable, supervises and guides team member(s) in day-to-day performance including setting and monitoring performance objectives, goals and criteria; evaluates performance through quarterly performance reviews to identify opportunities for immediate corrective actions if any, including training and development, rewards and recognition programs.

    - Good command in English & Chinese
    - Minimum Diploma or Degree in related HR field
    - Experience : >5 years (same industry) / more than 7-9 years (different industry)
