  Company Profile: This company is one of the world's leading manufacturers of decorative paints, marine, protective and powder coatings. Their products are available in more than 100 countries through own subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates, agents, branch offices, dealers and distributors.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Drive to ensure that the Specifications team is competent and motivated to achieve the set target on number of projects specified with products.
  - Promote products with the objective of getting our product specified by developer, facade consultant, architects, consultants and fabricator.
  - Responsible for program is executing per timeline and successfully
  - Execute key account mapping for each state in Malaysia with planned actions to improve the building component market share.
  - To ensure Up Selling and Conversion strategies are successfully implemented.
  - Work closely with Decoration Specifications Team with joint visit and presentation to increase our success rate in Powder specifications.
  - Provide new potential project information for the sales personnel to follow up. Liaise with sales personnel on the follow-up progress until award stage.
  - To have the operative responsibility for specification in the architectural segment. This entails being responsible for ensuring that imposed tasks are carried out professionally and practically pursuant to instructions, public requirement, and plans of action to ensure that the established objective are achieved.
