  Company Profile: A Japanese company that has been established in Malaysia that expertizes in producing masterbatches, dry colour, colour compound and colour matching services. Their semi-finished products are popular in high-end engineering plastic.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Service existing customer and provide technical support
  - Make customer's visitation and attend business meetings when required
  - Provide up to date information about products and services as required by customers
  - Obtaining details of customer complaints and follow up on customers complaints, ensuring that customers request are attended to accordingly
  - Keep records of interactions and transaction of customer, keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries and comments
  - Prepare quotations and sales forecast
  - Good sales coordination with internal and external parties
  - Conduct market survey/customer satisfaction survey
  - Keeping sales coordinators informed on customer's production forecast
  - Monitor stock level
  - Calculate monthly sales profit
  - Follow up on outstanding payments from customers
