Job Description

【Job Responsibilities】:- Oversee and manage the legal affairs of the group and provide legal support in all corporate, legal, secretarial as well as operation.- Manage legal and compliance services to align with the commercial requirements set forth by the management. - Manage and resolve legal issues or disputes internally such as employer-employee issues or with third parties such as contractors, suppliers or purchasers.- Handle and manage litigation cases including liaison with external solicitors.- Assist in monitoring company's compliance with statutory requirements, by laws, regulations, authorities rulings as well as Bursa Malaysia listing requirements.- Lead in major sales and purchase transaction, corporate restructuring, due diligence process, acquisition and administration of security documentation.- Conducting legal research and providing legal opinion on matters relating to potential business projects and daily operation of the Company. - Attending tribunals and hearings relating to industrial relations and labor disputes as and when required.- Liaising and coordinating with external law firms for civil suits and related disputes.- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
