  Job Scope:
  - To monitor / track shipments and update customers on the shipment status.
  - Responding and taking actions to customer concerns and complaints.
  - Visit in potential customers for new business
  - Making accurate, repid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  - Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  - Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with Branch Manager.
  - Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers
  - Delivering presentations of the company sevices at meeting and customer sites
  - To carry out other duties assigned by Branch Manager as and when necessary
  - To take appropriate actions to ensure all sales related and operation activities are in order
