  Company Profile: This company is a MSC status IT Japanese company in Malaysia, founded in 1972. Having total of 8300 over employees in the group. Their core business are providing service such as sales, maintenance and professional support of computers and network systems, in commissioning of software development and other information services related to science and engineering.
  
  Job Scope:
  - L1 support on Application system which developed by Japanese vendor.
  *Apps : Factory process management system
  - Require to understand the Factory business process and requirement from end-user in order to escalate the modification requirement to App team in Japan
  - First few month, required to work at client site in order to understand their business process then will shift to remote maintenance.
  - Report to Japanese Manager.
  - Need to communicate in Japanese via e-mail or phone.
