  • Job Description

    <In charge of branch activities, among which includes>
    - Report to KL Supervisor
    - Managing Johor 4 staffs in Johor branch office
    - Providing services and support to customers
    - Attending and resolving customers’ problems and inquiries
    - Providing accurate and timely information to customers
    - The overall maintenance of the branch
    - Coordinate and manage subordinates and update the team on the latest information on all matters affecting the branch
    - Manage day-to-day operations in order processing, warehousing, and accurately handles account for, and balance of daily cash sales and proper management of inventory
    - Other tasks/projects as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Chinese and Malay
    - Education Background : Certificate / Diploma in any discipline/Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent
    Experience : 3 ~ 5 years of customer service experience
    - Require skills :
    > Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    > Good human management skill
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Age : 25 ~ 40
    - Others :
    > Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, interpersonal, and communication skills
    > Excellent face-to-face
