  Company Profile: Established in 1915 as an electric motor sales and repair company which has grown to become Japan's top manufacturer. The business nature are to carry out as a wholesalers and distributors of electric power tools and related spares and accessories to our end users.
  
  Job Scope:
  - To handle overall IT activates and ensure IT operations are run smoothly.
  - Perform daily support/operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshoot of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printer, backup/recovery and network infrastructure.
  - Handle VPN access & DNS server.
  - Liaise with supplier on software licensing, IT equipment purchase & control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly.
  - Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  - Responsible for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities.
  - Maintain company official websites.
  - Involve in system implementation and provide training and technical support of users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
  - Periodical back up data of company data file
  - Keep track on all user’s issues was reported and solve problem with teamwork.
  - Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
  - Assist in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
