    Company Introduction: This is the top label printer manufacturer (RFID, bar code system) in Japan. Having 90 branches over 23 countries over the world and aiming to be the top share across the world. Established in Malaysia in 2004 with about 80 staffs in sales office and over 300 workers in factory. Basic strategy is to overtake the competitors as much as possible, in any field, in any industry. Manufacturer, Logistics or Store, this company propose thermal bar code with Automatic Identification & Data Capture solutions, RFID systems, and hand labeling systems to clients from any background, according to their needs.

    Job Scopes:
    • Execute a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of sales, gross margin and profitability goals, in line with strategic plan.
    • Focus on developing solution sales (PJM, I-picking, AMS/ATS, MES, Sensing Solution and etc) in all verticals.
    • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to ensure continuous growth of business through existing or develop new vertical markets.
    • Development of strategic plan for specific vertical accounts and establishing win-win situation for both and customers by addressing all level of needs.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets, as set in the individual Annual Sales Plan.
    Key Areas of Responsibility
    • Understand strategic direction of assigned vertical accounts and develop sales strategy to meet long-term account needs.
    • Develop high-level relationships within vertical accounts to ensure opportunity to win largest deals.
    • Orchestrate other resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness.
    • Coordinate the sales process among partners, direct and/or global sales organizations, and end-user prospects
    • Achieve vertical revenue objectives for assigned vertical account(s).
    • Establish master contracts with vertical accounts to ensure long-term relationships and preferred status.
    • Build relationships with existing Partners and develop new partnering opportunities
    • Achieve objectives by engaging targeted strategic partners, identifying solutions, selling and closing complex partnerships, and negotiating contracts
    • Provide timely management reports on sales efforts and revenue forecasts
    • Development and winning of vertical accounts by negotiating and establishing vertical contracts.
    Key Success Factors (Key Metrics / KPIs / Deliverables)
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales plans.
    • Identify, prepare & execute growth plans resulting in increased revenue.
    • Understand & identify growth opportunities within adjacent markets, in line with business objectives.
    • Utilize marketing tools to further grow high margin segments, maximizing profitability

    Requirements:
    - MUST be proficient in English
    - At least 3 years Business to Business Sales Experience in IT system/ERP management system
    - Aged from 24-32
