  Company Introduction: A diversified company with over 50 years experience, manufacturing multiple products including chemicals, polymers, plastic resins, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals, electrical & electronic materials and synthetic fibers. Started its operation in 1995 (Malaysia), manufacturing Impact Modifiers, Expanded Polyethylene and Polypropylene, PVC Paste Resins, Synthetic Fiber Wig & Polyimide Film.

  Job Scopes:
  70％ needs travel to other country.(ASEAN, Australia,Pakistan,Bangradish)
  1. Conduct technical service timely to support existing or new customers cooperating
  1. Cooperate with R&D team to provide innovative solutions based on needs in ASEAN, Oceania market by supplying/sharing technical information, planning and conducting laboratory studies/trials at company’s facilities.
  2. Scout new applications and increase number of new customers by visiting end market, information sharing with existing customers and etc (i.e. product recommendation, product application, technical feature, benefits and etc.)
  3. Conduct data analysis on experimental results and communicate results both verbally and in technical reports.
  4. Periodically meet with customers in order to get to know more about customers’ needs. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, analyze the root cause and provide solutions and preventive measures.
  5. Communicate with team members timely for customer issues.
  6. Simulate technical issues on lab scale equipment to help resolve customer’s problems.
  7. Conduct product and application training to customers when it is necessary.
  8. Participate in the development and commercialization of new technologies and product concepts that provide differentiation of product performance in the market.
  9. Prepare written reports summarizing activitiesmarket as required by superior (i.e. Monthly Report).
  10. Preparation of legal and regulation documents for the products requested by customer.
  11. Represent Kaneka for industry functions.
  12. Maintain personal files on technical service related issues.
  13. Communicate as necessary with other Kaneka’s Group staff to manage the business successfully.
  14. Advise to superior in the hiring of new personnel for technical service section and prepare proper training materials for new staff’s education.
  15. Monitor customers and take action to meet budgeted goals when necessary by support of team members and superior.
  16. Any other related duties as assigned by superior.
