  Job Duties:
  -Develop & support the organization to enhance quality and productivity initiatives (Quality, Cost & Delivery) that will ensure alignment with Company goals
  • Assist in quality & productivity improvement activities at 4 manufacturing plants by emphasizing Quality,
  Cost & Delivery
  • Visualize & set achievable targets to bring about tremendous results
  • Actively assist in providing coaching and basic QC tool knowledge to WP’s QA team to build a team of
  skilled personnel to handle all quality issues and drive continuous improvement process both at WP’s and
  at supplier sites.
  • Involve in managing projects activity and apply systematic problem solving skills in addressing bottleneck
  issues.
  • Constantly provide sharp insights & solutions for all Manufacturing plants in Asia Pacific on quality related
  issues and challenges.
  • Enhance organization capability, system & risk management on Quality management System and Chemical
  Management System. Knowledge in Green Procurement is added advantage
  • Support process improvement activities for WP’s and supplier sites
  • Perform supplier audit, supplier qualification and development.
  • Initiate quality improvement project with supplier as join activity with the WP’s
  • Must be subject matter expert in any of manufacturing industry such as Plastic Injection Molding, Metal
  stamping, Surface Mount Technology, Printed Circuit Board etc.
