    Company background:
    The company is a leading trading company from Japan and established in year 1861. They are specialized in businesses of Textile Material, Textile Fabric, Apparel, Chemicals, Life Science and Machinery. In Malaysia, they are specialized in Industrial Chemicals Products and Machineries & Electronic Equipments. Currently having 5 employees in the organization, import 90% and export 10%.

    Working Location: Bukit Bintang (KL)

    Job Scope:
    1. Data Entry [ Key in to UBS A/c system > Payment voucher & Receipt Voucher ]
    2. Bank Recon / GST submission
    3. Preparing Payment & Receipt Voucher.
    4. Handle Delivery to customer
    5. Handle some simple office task [admin related]
    6. Daily operations work
    7. Secretarial works

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Language : English, Malay, Chinese
    - Education Background : Diploma or Degree in Accounting
    - Experience : Have at least 3 years working experiences of accounting, who have knowledge of UBS Accounting System
    - Require Skill :Knowledge in full set accounts and GST / some logistics [optionals]
    - Age : 24~40 (Female)
