  Company Profile: This company was established in 2016, Malaysia. Having the core business of manufacturing of processed food. Products including organic drinks, food and also supplements. Now, they have newly set up a factory in Malaysia.
  
  Location: Port Klang Industrial Park
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  1. To handle full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, training and development and industrial relation.
  2. Execute effective HR strategies and action plans for manpower recruitment, retention and development.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and standards to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, control and compliance.
  4. Conduct checks to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standard.
  5. Develop and implement training and development programs.
  6. Manage with agent in sourcing foreign workers and oversees other related matters such as renewal of permit, welfare, accommodation, disciplinary issues and other related matters.
  7. Responsible for office administration matters.
