• Job Description

  Company Profile: The leader of FMCG product in Malaysia. Having about 25 years of enriching of history in building strong local food and beverage brands. Providing service and merchandising in nationwide as well as expanding the business development plan to other country regions in Southeast Asia.
  
  Location: Puchong (Office)
  
  Job responsibilities:
  * To motivate & coach the sales team to acheive revenue growth whilst implementing good quality sales & merchandising programmes
  * Monitor profitability of the cost centers and minimize operational cost whilst ensuring efficiency and profitability of the department is achieved
  * In charge general trade sales team of central, northern, east coast & southern region. (exclude east Malaysia)
  * To achieve the monthly sales target of modern trade central, northern , east coast & southern region
  * Manage and guide the Area Sales Manager & Area Sales Executive in their daily operations
  * Work closely with Product Manager & Key partners on the promotion activities arrangement and ensure all stores implement the promotion
  activities
  * Work with key partner sales teams in the field and resolve any operation issues at store level
  * Reviewing the ageing with sales teams on a regular basis
  * Candidate will direct report to General Manager
